RNC Series

RGD Series

The RGD series refrigerated air dryers offer the perfect balance between technology and simplicity to dry compressed air systems to a stable SO 8573-1 Air Quality, Class 4 to 5 pressure dew point. Increased calming zone and integral demister/separator captures liquid condensate and solid particles. It effectively removes condensate from 0-100% flow conditions without moisture carry-over. RGD series also come furnished with condensate drain. Electronic or timed electric (dependent on scfm range).

GSRN Series

RES Series

The RES Series refrigerated dryer automatically cycles the refrigeration compressor on and off in response to inlet load conditions. As the inlet air load is reduced, the refrigeration compressor cycles off, providing you with the ability to reduce energy and costs. The RES Series has an optimized cabinet design which promotes easy access from all four sides and the hermetically sealed refrigerant compressor provides high reliability and long service life.

GTRC Series

The GTRC Digital Scroll series RSD models 3750-12500 are of a modular construction offering multiple design variations for flexible arrangement. Modules may be configured in 1250 and 2500 scfm increments precisely matching system air flow demand. Each module is a self-contained air treatment station offering redundancy in critical components and system back-up ensuring constant air supply. Furnished with integral high performance filtration and energy saving no-air-loss demand drains. Standard modules offer two stage separation removing solids of 3 micron and larger, with a remaining oil content of 4mg/m³

The controller on the RSD 3750-12500 models is an intuitive operator interface that monitors system performance, tracks energy savings and actively communicates with individual dryer modules.

We call this energy saver the RSD Series and it is unlike any energy efficient compressed air dryer technology on the market. Features include rugged digital scroll compression improves efficiency, durability and reliability and lowers decibel sound levels, simple reliable operation results from having only two parts, a fixed upper scroll and an orbiting lower scroll, long-life scroll-set compression sealing surfaces that are impregnated to wear-in and improve with time, and radial compliance controls the operation of the orbiting scroll set. Axial compliance controls the energy savings. Combined they excel at
tolerating abnormal conditions like liquid slugs and solids.

RHP Series

The RHP Series High Pressure refrigerated air dryers are designed to produce 38°F pressure dew points for 700 – 900 psig applications. These dryers are carefully engineered with a high pressure refrigerated dryer design to provide a reliable method to remove moisture as a water vapor.  Optional coalescing filters remove solid particles, liquid water droplets, liquid oil and oil vapors from the compressed air system.  Industries like PET blow molding, injection molding and aeronautical valve and control testing require dry and filtered compressed air which make the RHP Series a great option.

RHT Series

Gardner Denver RHT Series High Inlet Temperature refrigerated dryers feature a unique design which works directly with reciprocating air compressors. A unique heat exchanger allows the dryer to accept elevated inlet air temperatures, up to 180°F (82°C). This allows compressed air users to send high temperature air straight from their compressor directly to the RHT Series refrigerated dryer and maintain a 50°F pressure dew point. The RHT Series is ideally suited for auto body shops, auto service centers, and light industrial facilities with 5 to 30 horsepower reciprocating air compressors.
